Introduction

Welcome to the SecuredPicks Corp Mentorship Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in and participating in the Program, you (“Participant”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms of Service” or “Agreement”). Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in the Program. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not enroll in the Program.

1. Program Description

The Program is designed to provide training, resources, and mentorship for building and managing a sports betting community. While we strive to deliver high-quality content and guidance, the Program’s outcomes and results may vary significantly among Participants. The Program includes, but is not limited to, instructional videos, written materials, live or recorded sessions, and access to a private community.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific results or success. Any testimonials or examples provided are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone will achieve the same or similar results. Your success depends on various factors, including your dedication, skill, and individual circumstances. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that results will differ for each individual.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program and all content, materials, information, products, and services provided on or through the Program are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, SecuredPicks Corp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SecuredPicks Corp does not warrant that the Program will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects in the Program will be corrected.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SecuredPicks Corp, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Program;

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Program;

  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Program by any third party;

  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Program.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SecuredPicks Corp, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Program;

  • Any violation of these Terms of Service by you;

  • Any violation of applicable law or regulation by you;

  • Any violation of any rights of another by you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, information, products, and services provided on or through the Program, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of SecuredPicks Corp or its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials provided on or through the Program may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all information shared within the Program confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the express written consent of SecuredPicks Corp. This includes but is not limited to training materials, business strategies, and proprietary methods. You also agree not to use any confidential information for your own benefit or the benefit of any third party.

8. Termination

SecuredPicks Corp reserves the right to terminate your access to the Program at any time, without notice, for conduct that SecuredPicks Corp, in its sole discretion, believes is harmful to other Participants, violates these Terms of Service, or for any other reason deemed appropriate. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Program and destroy any materials obtained from the Program.

9. No Refund Policy

All sales of the Program are final. Due to the nature of the Program and the value of the content provided, we do not offer refunds. By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable and that you will not be entitled to receive a refund for any reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Program.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the United States. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in the arbitration, and the parties shall share the arbitrator’s fees equally.

12. Amendments

SecuredPicks Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Program website. Your continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
